i think it depends on the group. it wouldn't surprise me if certain cemen are calling groups they don't like "terrorists." then they get modded and then ask "why am i getting modded for wishing death on terrorists" completely oblivious that the group in question are not terrorists and you can't just call every group you don't like terrorists.

for example, are people modded for wishing death on ISIS? or are they modded for wishing death on, say, antifa (controversial group, yes, but they aren't considered terrorists legally)
