I went to one, a bit earlier, but still, there were a few people in there. At least two of which were homeless.
After getting change and starting the wash, I went to get a hair cut. So left, and got the cut.
I always put hair cut money in a different pocket then the rest...so I don't have to pull a wad in when it comes time to pay.

Anyway, after the cut I realized I left my main wad of cash at the laundry matt. So I book it back to the laudry matt, in the vain hopes that it, as well as my license, will still be there. When I get there a look around for I can't find it.

A woman walked by, and I said "I know this sounds crazy, but did you see some money lying around here?"
She just looked at me and "No, I really haven't"
So, say, "Ya, no I figured" At this point I know I'm fucked.

Then from under a table were on of the homeless people was at this point sleeping, I hear a rustl e.
The man kind stuck his head up and said "Hey is this yours. I found it on top of the change machine. I was going to bring to the police station in the morning if you didn't show up"

I thanked him, and tipped him like $120.

I was a pretty awesome moment, tbh.
