First thing I did was install a fresh windows 10 copy. Theres zero lenovo software on my laptop. Beyond that their hardware is top notch. I recall reading that Lenovo's spyware is built into their onboard firmware. Reinstall Windows doesn't do anything because the firmware will just reinject the malware into the windows installation again.
