Topic	Will you be one of those people who hates the new neighbors when they move in?

But they have windchimes that piss me off and their dogs bark every morning at like 5-6am. They seem to do nothing about it since it can go on for 20 mins straight. In summer it wakes me up every fuckin morning cause my windows open and their house it like 10 feet from my window.
