Or am I thinking of someone else (the guy who flew on commercial planes first class and took a security detail with him everywhere and lived at some lobbyist's house for 50 bucks a night and was spending thousands of dollars on new furniture for the office's dining room and took all his friends to the white house cafeteria every day).
