You need to keep up with your combo therapy
Meds don't work in a vacuum.
Plus isn't zoloft addictive as fuck? Probably want to switch to something that isn't.

Im not aware of zoloft being particularly addictive, but many such medications do result in physical dependency. Ive missed a dose here and there and had no ill effects tbh.

What did your panic attacks feel like? I made a topic like a month ago about panic attacks and quite a few people here has experienced them. I got rid of mine fast(or so it seems) but my technique would not work for others.

Like my mind is in a million places and my heart is racing and just like.... being trapped in my body almost. I dont know quite how to describe it.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Works better than any antidepressant IMO. Now that Ive got it down pat I dont see anyone anymore either.

It has worked wonders for me. I havent been on antidepressants for fours years now. It has helped immensely in my career as well for stress management.

Oooh, Ill check it out
