| _Lyonidias 12/14/18 11:59:54 AM #1: | Side effects arent too bad but it does make me feel a good chunk more exhausted than usual, messes with my sleep, and I also had random panic attacks on a few occasions. It is working to lighten my depression, but Im hitting my monthly lows and I still kinda dont wanna be alive rn. I need to make a counseling appointment; I think I need more coping techniques to learn to deal with my thoughts rather than throwing more meds at it.
