What happened to the "should have known better" attitude that the island missionary got on this board?

It's a good thing that these people are getting their money back because they were defrauded, but it's been common knowledge for awhile that going to a for-profit university (or a non-regionally accredited college in general) is a terrible idea. Many if not all of the people in this case could have found out with a Google search that the college they were going to had no credibility, and giving them their money was a terrible idea. In that sense, the people getting their money back are very fortunate. They did something stupid and got out of it.

When is the government going to pay back everyone who took out a payday loan?

College is literally an investment, one that many are just thrown into without much thought. How many Doritos did you eat thinking you are smarter than the goddamn judges that read law for living?

Unless you have a significant reason to reject their ruling, I am just going to call Neckbeard elite on this response.
