You provide old furniture that's in disrepair such as beds, chairs etc. These will inevitably fall apart upon use. This is when you collect damages from the renters. You can probably get up to 3x the value of the item because these guys just don't know any better. After they're gone, prepare the furniture item again by loosely nailing back in broken legs, boards etc and set the trap for the next sucker.
