Dailymail discovered that the charges against Kathryn Mahoney will not be going forward after she was accused of punching a star swimmer and rugby player, Ben Kebbell, from the UK. It happened at her dorm in March 1, 2018 at Fairfield University as Kathryn's lawyer, Frank Riccio II said that all charges against her were dismissed after the court considered all the facts and circumstances surrounding the matter.
