This might hurt to hear, but her wanting space is just a nice way of saying she wants to see if theres anyone better for her out there. It was a mistake to tell her youd wait for her because now she knows youre hooked (i.e. dependent on her whims), but I know it probably feels like what you should do. Go out and keep busy.
