The host of TVs Emmy-winning Cosmos was to have given a talk at the Bob Carr Theater on Jan. 24. But the website of the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts on Wednesday night indicated the event was postponed. The downtown arts center manages the Bob Carr.
