He was being extorted (a crime in itself) by a pornstar (maybe 2 women), he directed his lawyer to pay her hush money. The only thing you can possibly nail him on is not disclosing the payments during the campaign, but that would basically defeat the point of the payments.
Paying hush money is not a crime. Not disclosing the payment may be a violation of campaign finance, but not an indictable or impeachable crime.
