No, of course it doesn't invalidate her withdrawal of consent. But that context does call into question whether or not she actually did deny him her consent. Especially if the rest of Houston's post about her claims is accurate.

In the CNN article, she claims that he was following her around the party, but she ignored it because she knew he had a girlfriend. That is completely different from passionately kissing and grinding with him during the party. If other people at the party testified that they saw the two of them doing that, then it's a pretty huge hole in her case.

If it's also true that no physical evidence of choking or drugging is present during the examination, that would cripple her case. Physical evidence of penetration and ejaculation isn't enough because the physical evidence of rape is identical to physical evidence of consensual sex.
