I admit teenagers aren't typically very wise, but most of them don't think they could get away with murder. Especially one carried out so sloppily. Also, maybe it's because there was another man willing to care for the child, but I knew a guy who signed his rights (along with having to pay child support) away in exchange for a $500 laptop. Everybody in the community thought he was a piece of shit, and he got so much grief over the whole ordeal that he moved out of town.
