Sephiroth has gotten weaker but did he really go from NN to 25th? damn. I don't think Cloud can win at all. I am expecting a 55-45 easy victory for Mario. I think 25th is a large stretch. You would have to believe that everyone in legends bracket beats him plus find 9 more in the original bracket. If we are being very generous and saying he definitely is the weakest in legends then maybe from main bracket you can say MMX, Vivi, Luigi, Kirby. Then I have to start stretching. You could have Aerith and Squall if you run the xstats funky and saying Zelda is constant. That gets you to 22nd.
