I find it unlikely that women evolved to have bodies that require specific clothing in order to function properly. At least not healthy women. Obviously, someone that is overweight might have issues supporting their weight. But that isn't exclusive to women or their breasts.

Hey, you'd think we wouldn't evolve club feet, lactose intolerance, gluten sensitivity, sickle cell anemia, hunchbacks, hairlips, appendixes, and a thousand other things but guess what? Evolution isn't perfect. In fact, the evolutionary path might have been perfectly fine based on the diet we consumed during the time it took place but turned into a detriment based on caloric and hormonal surpluses, or a hundred other reasons.
