Topic	Just watched that Mexican assassin video

Without the obvious why was the recorder even filming that random street in the first place at the right time for when they rolled up. Second the recorder doesn't even react to people getting gunned down right in front of them. Third the Assassin doesn't even other with the other side of the street in case there were, ya know, witnesses on that side as well. Filmer also spared despite obviously recording the murders.
