About this shokan person, I remember an exchange he had with someone (don't remember who) a couple of weeks ago.
Shokan: I'm a Nazi. Other person: Okay Nazi. Mod: I'm modding you for calling him a Nazi.

That is my experience too:
Shokan: I am a n _ _ _ (he used the word) Me: wow you even called yourself a n _ _ _ , what is wrong with you? mod: YOU ARE WARNED!! BE NICE TO SHOKAN AND DONT CALL HIM THAT! *I contest the moderation saying he called himself that and I simply pointed it out* Lead mod or admin: if he calls himself that, mark him! Mod upheld
Then he called himself that again and I marked him and it got no-actionsd by the mods lmao
