Dunno about the States but Canada takes the ESRB hella serious. EB games (our GameStop) often wont let parents buy certain games for their kids regardless if the parent says its okay. Yes they will. Store can't stop a parent from buying a game even if they say it's for the 7 year old standing next to them... And yet a store will not sell alcohol to an adult if their seven year old child is with them. --- "Well, it's not a bad game.
