What gets me about this whole thing is that even if it had been her apartment, she would not have been justified in firing indiscriminately into a dark room. There was no attempt to assess any sort of threat, she went straight to lethal force without even knowing who she was shooting at. You can't do that. this is in texas, i'm pretty sure there are laws there supporting your right to shoot indiscriminately into a dark room at a would be prowler in your house... --- People die when they are killed.
