in high school we would do the "rack and sack". you would put someone in the Lex Luger wrestling move the Torture Rack and then someone would punch them in the nuts when they were in the rack. Or if they were too weak we made this move we called the inverse rack which was a 1 armed rear naked choke, you would then arch your back and grab one of their legs so they were unprotected stretched across your back rather than your shoulders.
