Everything up until that point was great though. Seeing the reaction from other people, it's probably for the best they kept it in. I don't really think it was necessary either, especially since they really "ended" the movie beforehand. IMO it was more like a "yeah this is a political movie, I'm not going to let you pretend it isn't. Time to have an awkward conversation" What's really awkward about it is that the movie up until that point tried to be impartial and trusted the audience to reach the proper conclusions.
