Yeah, I'm being forced to scroll through a license agreement, actually. I have to press RB until I get to the bottom before the game will even start (buttons are B for decline, and LB/RB for up/down). It's saying to not impersonate an Activision employee and don't be racist to other people while using the game. I don't even know how that's possible since it's a SP game. It writes, in English, "If you you are a resident of Japan..." How can the majority of Japan legally accept these terms considering they can't even read them? It also states that if you wish to start an action against Activision, you can't do it as a class. You can only sue them individually. Which prevents fifteen people from joining the same action and instead would create fifteen individual cases against Acitivision, which is easier for them to win.

What has happened to gaming?

Edit: There's a clause in here that says you can opt-out of the class-action waiver and the arbitration if you send via snail-mail a letter within thirty days of purchase saying you wish to do so.

I'm right, as expected.
