Indeed, around 40% of fatalities attributed to acts of terrorism in America since 9/11 have been perpetrated by people not traditionally seen as "white". It's really odd that you changed the subject and then changed it back. It's also noteworthy that your numbers would be much different if you didn't include 9/11 since that was single biggest terrorist attack, aka an outlier.
