Topic	Why do they call it circumcision instead of male genitalia mutilation?

However, in defense of my parents, it was indeed their decision to make. I understand this. They just made it for the same misguided reasons many parents make when taking the cheap way out. When I finally did get it done, it cost a hell of a lot of money and took me out of work for a full week. I really could have done without the whole mess, but the results were certainly worth it. I cannot help be infuriated when I hear the cop-out excuse "oh, I'll just let him decide...". I meant to respond to this earlier. Not really anything important. But I have a co-worker who feels the same as you. He also got a circumcision later in life. And was kind of mad that his parents didnt circumcise him when he was a baby.
