Yeah no rash that is why I was confused as to what the heck is going on.

fibromyalgia is a catch all disorder since you can attribute pretty much any unexplained pain to it.

symptom like you've described can be caused by a hell of a lot of things. hormone imbalance, stress and anxiety, shingles, multiple sclerosis, i'm sure other things... is there any pattern to the burning? you said your thighs, is it a patch or does it feel like its in a line? shingles generally inflames nerve tracts and can progress so moving up from your thighs to your stomach/back is possible, but its also pretty rare to not present with a rash or welts.

you should probably go to a dermatologist, especially if it's beginning to bother you.
