A lot of dom play involves sharp implements, anal stuff, asphyxiation, tying people up in potentially dangerous poses, etc. it can get really dangerous if she (or he) doesn't know what he's doing. Plus a dom that knows what she's doing can make the experience so much better than one who does not. Also, discretion is important to a lot of their clients. A dom with training isn't going to ruin her reputation by blabbing about clients sandslash Wow, its a world of its own! I know some people are into this, but I cant wrap my mind around it. Given how delicate the male junk is, I guess its the kind of thing people can only do once or else their anatomical integrity is in jeopardy? The same would apply to maledom, basically the dom would want to avoid any actual damage while still inflicting temporary pain and putting the sub in a dangerous situation to get off. It's all risky. There's no reason you shouldn't be able to do it more than once if you're doing it right.
