Topic	personality traits that are the biggest turn-offs in a person for you?

This person tells bull shit stories that do not make sense, you know are bull shit, but its difficult for you to call this person out in a professional environment. I worked with a guy for 2 and a half years that literally made shit up. He worked every job, but somehow managed to do this at the same time as that, and when you'd ask him "hey, wait a second, I thought you said you did X thing on X year, how did you manage to live there and do that?"
