Topic	Honestly I don't understand how drunk people can't consent.

Better looking, funnier, whatever. If this person is cold stone sober, and he takes advantage, then yeah, I would call that rape. If it's two people drinking, having fun, flirting and she latter claims to have been rapped, that's bull shit, IMO. Why wasn't the guy rapped then? That's my only real opinion on the subject. I make me extreamly depressed because I'm pretty shy and have a lot of issues coming out of my shell and talking to people, unless I've drank a bit to loosen up. But you do this at a bar, and I will never have sex with a girl that's been drinking because I very much fear that she will regret it and claim rape. I live in Portland, and sadly this happens a lot around here.
