So basically you're saying white people should be immune from being poked fun at in shows with primarily minority characters in spite of decades-long history of things being the other way around. It's not a double standard when history makes the pendulum swing back around, especially when we're talking about portrayals of characters on TV shows. White people can take a few stereotype jokes cracked at their expense, and I say that as a white dude. If I had a problem with it, I would have no cause to believe I was not a snowflake. "People are openly racist against whites sometimes but they deserve it" is at least a step up from "you can't be racist against white people".
