Shh he's a doctor. What he doesnt realize is that doctors and lawyers have the highest debt to income ratio of any profession. I have a colleague who moved from Texas to San Francisco because the Kaiser system in the bay area is literally the highest paid. He makes 4 times as much here a year and can move back home and buy a house with no debt. But no, moving somewhere to make the best money is bad because things are expensive.
Or maybe california is a shit hole and kansas city is exponentially better in every aspect.
