That hair is a hazard, that loose belt is a hazard, that cape doesn't look to serve any useful function and is probably a hazard, the material of those boots clearly isn't protective, nor does it look to have a supportive design. You look at batman and he's armored the fuck up without sacrificing mobility or having loose equipment hanging about. his cape is usually crafted in some weird way as to obscure his frame/deflect projectiles/glide.
