Topic	Just got back from Canvassing to let tenants know their rights

Some people are moving in and others are moving out, just like any city at any time in human history. How is the city "losing its soul"? Do the people moving in not have souls? You cant just write off the displacement of long time residents because its inconvenient. What difference does it make if they've rented property there for a while? If they don't own the place, the owner has every right to rent to someone else who's willing to pay more. Because theyve been living, working, and spending money there. Theyve been contributing to the culture and adding to the city. And now theyre being priced out, which sucks for them. Theyll be forced away from their jobs and away from their childrens schools, away from their communities and friends. You can sit here pretending that theres nothing bad about that but I dont think anyone in this topic is dumb enough to believe it. --- All Hail King Connor!
