That's not a nice way of thinking honestly. What if you found a nice place with a reasonable price, and the next best place that you can move to adds an additional hour to your commute. Guess I should quit that job and find a new one. Or go get more educated to get a better job that doesn't get fucked by having to move? Not to mention moving is a hassle as it is. Maybe I should get a new job that entitled me to screwing over the landlord somehow...maybe become mayor and put in new laws that fuck him over. Then you can go and tell him there are plenty of buildings to buy, can't afford that one? go get more money, you really can't afford it, go to another state and buy that building.
