However, FRLG which are often considered amazing remakes and not lazy like LGP/E, had the exact same text from RB, even though Dark type fully exists. Maybe it's because no Gen 1 Pokemon could be a dark type back then? who knows. My take is on lazy And with that said, I must give credit for LGP/E for actually changing some NPC texts. They are kind of the same thing, but updated with better English or just altered a little Like, there is a NPC with Pidgeot in Saffron, that in the original he said "I flew here on my Pidgeot when I read about Silph. It's already over? I missed the media action..." but here he said "I flew right here on my Pidgeot when I read that Team Rocket was invading Silph! but...shucks, it's already over? sorry! i'm just a sucker for drama!" I walked around looking at the audience and noticed that ugly dude with the sunglasses, but didn't realize I stepped on a teleport panel and it was right to the beginning...then I threw my Switch in a feat of rage and now my playthrough is over (ok not really but damn that was annoying considering how slow the teleport animation is) Sabrina in serious mode Jynx always had those "bumps" in her "dress" but it never been so obvious until they changed to 3D models.
