IIRC there weren't many Pokemon in the original that you couldn't one-shot with a Razor Leaf Critical, I think only those with double resistance like another Grass/Poison could ever tank it and keep fighting, then you just Leech Seed and/or status spam and outlast them Cheater87 posted... Bulb's toxic/leech seed glitch is my favorite. Oh, I think I remember this.
