Usually we have it as another option for Thanksgiving, but the past two years I noticed we just ended up eating it on Friday instead. We also would hardly eat anything the Wednesday before Thanksgiving because the fridge would be full for Thursday, so I decided I was going to make lasagna for the family today. It was a great idea. Everyone is knocked out right now and it's only 10:18pm!
