Topic	A lady with severe dementia I take care of always asks me if I'm pregnant.

After a few visits of explaining that she wasn't going home and devastating her each time, I finally decided to respond "next visit" every time as she was fine with that. I felt like crap, but it made her feel better. Don't do that do yourself. There is no universal rules for the world.
