Topic	A lady with severe dementia I take care of always asks me if I'm pregnant.

She would always think I was her son Carl (that's not my name). She would say things like "they say my son doesn't care about me, but here he is bring me my medicine again" or "my Carl, you've always been such a sweet boy".. Things like that. I tried to to explain to her the first few times that I wasn't Carl but she wasn't understanding. So I just kinda went with it.
