But more likely, it's because the crowd funding thing probably mentioned she was an athlete and therefore violates their whole "student athletes can't profit from being an athlete, but we can totally profit off their likeness for years to come" paperwork. But even if the GoFundMe page didn't mention she was a runner, could the NCAA still have argued against it? I mean I know they WOULD have but I'm not sure their whole legalese.
