Your actual IQ score stays consistent but that's because it has an age handicap to compensate.

Your cognitive ability does decrease with old age.

100 at age 65 is less intelligent than 100 at age 25


Which is unrelated to IQ as the score you have is only relevant in relation to people the same age who took the same test.

It can change, for example, if you retest a 70/yo person with dementia against 70/yo people without it, but assuming nothing changes your iq should not be changing much regardless at the age you take the test.
