Neither will beat Samus in the Legends, and both should lose to Sephiroth in the Losers. I just looked through those brackets and, once again, for the millionth year in a row, Pikachu is the big wildcard imo. I don't think he'll beat Mega Man right away, but he WILL beat Ganondorf in R1 of Losers (Ganon will be walking fodder after Link is done with him), and that'll set up a Mega Man/Pikachu rematch just a week after the first.
