Not really. Kirby/Crono, Zelda/Snake and PIkachu/Mega Man will all be Below 60/40 for sure. . Although None will be an upset We have no idea how strong Snake is right now. 5 Years ago he was 2nd/3rd on the site. Considering Kojima has left and MGS is a shambles now I really don't know how strong he is. Clearly strong enough to Beat Zelda most likely but not 60/40. No way.
Pikachu will comfortably get over 40 againt MM. Probably 45+. Mario Seph might be a borderline 60/40
You can make an argument for Auron getting over 40 against Sonic.
The only Blowouts will Luigi Samus And Link Ganondorf
Hell If Tifa somehow beats Luigi....who knows I wouldn't be surprised to see Tifa breaking past 40 on Samus.
Link/Ganon is the only Match that is going to be Over double. In fact I predict Link to Triple Ganon with ease.
Maybe 60% is reaching but I'm predicting 8 comfortable victories for the 8 legends. Yes even Megaman and Crono
Now the quarter finals will be where my interest picks up
