Id say in all likelihood Tifa is stuffing back. The Hentai rallies arent getting much traction
What vote stuffing? I have still yet to see proof, or even any evidence suggesting as such. If anything, the voting trends lead more to Tifa stuffing, since she is now doing unnaturally well at a point where X should be winning based on decades of established trends

I have yet to see the leap in logic saying how these VPNs all voted for X, or the other leap in logic saying how your attempt to stuff for Tifa was fine compared to these imaginary X stuffings
They are Peruvian IPs. We can see the Peruvian results and derive the number of votes cast there. It is not possible for the VPN's to have voted for Tifa and MMX to have the % total he has in Peru.
Mega Man characters have always dominated in South America and Latin America. Those numbers from Peru are no more suspicious than Tifa's monster numbers in Europe. That is simply demographics ---
