The plan would then be to send a big satellite out to sit next to the asteroid for years, slowly altering the path via gravitational pull between the asteroid and satellite. Altering the path by just a tiny fraction of a degree when it is travelling that huge distance would cause it to miss. --- Hello world! ... Copied to Clipboard! |
