This is it, The first interview out of 6 that will directly decide if my path lies within the United States Naval Academy.

In order to get this nomination I have to imitate a strong, scholarly military leader.

This is for Senator Tom Carper. Him and our rep. gives out regular nomination while big jerk Chris Coons does a priority nomination, making his just a little harder. Generally speaking, Delaware isn't that competitive when it comes to West Point, Air Force, or Merchant Marine, but being so close to Annapolis and being home to one of the best NJROTC high schools on the east coast makes USNA just a tad more competitive. Still, it's better than California or New York where there's MILLIONS of applicants. So I remain highly motivated. I truly can't wait!

This is it!

The first hope-filled step!

I'm excited!
