Rome would probably be alright, but I don't know if I'd want to spend my life there. I'm torn between Shenyang and Kyoto. Kyoto would probably be pretty accessible and it would be a wet dream for a history buff like me, but I speak the language in Shenyang, the food would be amazing, and I love Chinese history, philosophy, and aesthetic.
