I know this is just legalspeak to be able to get an injunction, but it's really laughable IMO. What kind of "irreparable injury" did Nintendo suffer because of a ROM site? Eh I think a lot of people think the value of retro games should be low because they can be downloaded for free online. That's a stigma that will never go away now.
