Topic	Do you love yourself?

The issue I have with that is that I feel like it's something a person needs to experience before they can actively and effectively seek it out. Like an "ah, so this is what happiness is, and this is what led me to feel it" moment. Without that, it seems out of reach. It has no point of reference to look back at, and no previous means to acquire it that can be repeated. Most people would probably offer the advice to look at others and how they have attained happiness, but that only works if you're the type of person who just kinda derives inspiration.
